Then work was carried out very well .
It transformed the front of my property from old tarmac scrub grass and weeds into a lovely clean tiled driveway from the road to the rear of the house.

Block Paving

These guys did a good job and were really quick to get on site and begin the work. They were polite at all times and considerate of our needs.
Any changes or problems were discussed and attended to immediately and the site left clean and tidy at the end of the job.
We are pleased with the block paving and it has made a big difference to our old concrete and tarmac drive, so much so that our neighbours are now having theirs done.

Relay Patio

Both my wife and I are extremely delighted with our new patio and also with the manner and professionalism of the team. The work involved the removal of some 55 square metres of existing concrete slab and replacement with Indian Sandstone slabs (our choice). We left the design of the patio to Prime Property Improvements (PPI) with excellent results. The nature of the work involved was initially discussed prior to tendering, including all stages of construction. We were also very pleased with the friendliness and politeness the Prime Team who we can’t thank enough.

Moss cleaning and garden turf work

Grass turf and flower bed work was done neatly and within agreed time. Property was left tidy after the work and all waste matter removed within the same day. Miles and Michael were open for discussing and resolving promptly any small issues reported – shows their responsibility and sencirerity of the work they undertake.
Moss cleaning work also done thoroughly and within agreed time. Complete work was done without giving any hassle to the occupants. Property was again left clean before leaving, Looking forward for doing more business with prime properties

New Roof

We were planning on having our roof done for such a long time, we were hesitant on who to go for. We contacted the prime team and straight away we knew they were the men for the job.
Work was completed before deadline and we were more than happy with the result. They have transformed our property. They also talked us through each stage of the job and they were very competitive with their price.
