Removed existing broken decking and steps to garden and replaced with new steps and paving. All waste removed.
To tile 32x20m, to the front of my property and around the house and side.

Then work was carried out very well .
It transformed the front of my property from old tarmac scrub grass and weeds into a lovely clean tiled driveway from the road to the rear of the house.
Making my new Coach House look great, my wife is very pleased

Block Paving

These guys did a good job and were really quick to get on site and begin the work. They were polite at all times and considerate of our needs.
Any changes or problems were discussed and attended to immediately and the site left clean and tidy at the end of the job.
We are pleased with the block paving and it has made a big difference to our old concrete and tarmac drive, so much so that our neighbours are now having theirs done.

Relay Patio

Both my wife and I are extremely delighted with our new patio and also with the manner and professionalism of the team. The work involved the removal of some 55 square metres of existing concrete slab and replacement with Indian Sandstone slabs (our choice). We left the design of the patio to Prime Property Improvements (PPI) with excellent results. The nature of the work involved was initially discussed prior to tendering, including all stages of construction. We were also very pleased with the friendliness and politeness the Prime Team who we can’t thank enough.
